Gardenalia products are shipped by Canada Post.
The shipping charge shown at the checkout is an ESTIMATED CHARGE for shipping within CANADA. When your order is ready to ship you will be informed of your actual shipping rate and your invoice total will be adjusted as applicable. We do not charge a handling fee and we will offer you the most economical shipping rate, which means some items may be available for shipping by lettermail or small packet service. You will be contacted at the time of processing if any of these options are available.
LOCAL PICK-UP or DELIVERY:
Gardenalia is based in Coquitlam, BC. If you wish to pick-up your order yourself, or have take advantage of our FREE local delivery in the Tri-cities area (Port Moody/Coquitlam/Port Coquitlam) please contact us at the time of placing the order to arrange a pick-up/delivery time. Your shipping charge will be refunded automatically to your account if you choose one of these options.
DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS
You may choose to ship your order to an address other than your billing address. You will see the option to add a new address after you enter your credit card details at the checkout.
Secure online ordering is available through Paypal. You can pay by VISA credit card. You do NOT need to have a Paypal account to use this service. Simply cllick on the credit card link to the left of the Paypal sign-in box when you are ready to checkout.
We are sure you will be happy with your Gardenalia products. However, if there are any damages or other problems with your order please contact us as soon as you receeive your order. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Depending on each situation you may be offered a refund or a credit note. Sorry we can not refund any shipping charges. |
